You need to be aware of the specific characteristics of your dog. As a rule of thumb, breeds that have an undercoat need no extra layer.
Clothes can provide protection from cold, from UV rays, rain, and snow. They can also help dogs relax and feel safe.
Measure your pet as accurately as possible, follow the given size chart in each product and take into consideration the fabric characteristics.
The basic measurements: Length of the back, chest, and neck circumference. If you are not sure, size up!
The clothes are custom made on the exact measurements of the dog. They need to be ordered and come on a higher price.
You will be able to say within the first few days – look out of your pup’s behavior, if your dog looks uncomfortable then you should remove the clothing.
Check the estimated delivery date, however, in the unfortunate scenario of delay, please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times e.g Black Friday, Christmas etc).

- Once you found an item you like click Add to Cart
- Click on the Cart icon to view the items you selected and to pay. If you are happy then click Checkout.
- Enter your email address and password or register if you are a new customer.
- Review and confirm the items.
- If you have a coupon to use, enter the number in the Coupons tab.
- Confirm your delivery address, delivery method and payment method.
- To complete the purchase click on Place Order.
- You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address.
Our aim is to always use fabrics that WE LOVE to wear. All fabrics used are prior tried by our dogs in order to make sure that we give you the highest quality.
Create a return by filling the returns slip per order and deliver it along with your items. The return slip needs to be properly completed. Please keep the legal receipt for the delivery in case of need. Check out our Returns Policy (link to RP) for more information.
We only offer refund once we receive the items. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
We are truly apologizing if you received a faulty item. Please return the item to us so we can proceed with a refund. You will need to create a Return Slip and do not forge to select “Faulty”. Normal wear and tear do not fall under the “Faulty” description. Please keep in mind that all items are inspected by specialists on return, thus, you may not receive full refund.

Firstly, please check your emails whether we have communicated any update on splitting your orders into more than one parcel, and/or item(s) in your order may have been out of stock. If you have an item missing please contact our customer support team in [email protected] within 10 days of your order being received and we will do our best to sort this out.

Always read the care label along with the washing and care instructions. Recommendations can also be found within the product page. As a general rule, wash them at a lower temperature along with similar group of clothes, turn inside out the clothes that have stamps and avoid tumble dry unless indicated.
