• Cyprus Mainland Shipping – €5 via private Courier service provider to your door within the following regions: Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paralimni, Paphos. Orders placed outside these regions will be send at your closest ACS Courier point.
• Shipping to Greece – €10 (door to door via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier).
• UK & Europe – €20 (door to door via EMS Datapost).
• International Shipping – €25,00 (door to door via EMS Datapost).

Delivery time

Delivery schedules depends on several factors and there may be delays not attributed to us.

Estimated product delivery:

• Within Cyprus: 2-7 Business days
• Within Greece: 2-7 Business days
• In European countries: up to 14 Business days.
• In other international countries: up to 20 Business days.

The above time schedules may not be applicable in force majeure cases and/or any other case outside our control, which may affect the time of delivery.

Delivery delays

We take all due care for the proper and due delivery of the Products; however, we cannot guarantee it in due to unexpected delays. In such cases we will contact you to propose you an alternative or to inform you about the time of the delivery of the Product in question. If you are not satisfied with our proposals, you have the right to cancel the Order partially or as a whole and we will proceed with a refund. Return policy

Items must be returned within 15 working days with their original tags attached. Once we received the products, we will proceed with a refund order within 7 business days.  All returned products MUST be accompanied with the return slip. You need to ARRANGE YOUR RETURN WITH A COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE (SENDER COST). All items that are included at the OUTLET section are NON-RETURNABLE. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, depend on their region, as mentioned at DELIVERY information section. CONDITIONS Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
